Working Principle
XUANYU Trommel Sieve is composed of a main frame, rotary drum screen, transmission system, feeding hopper, discharging hopper and support device. The drum screen is installed at a slight inclination; driven by the motor and reducer, it rotates at a constant low speed. Materials are fed into the high end of the rotary drum, and move slowly to the low end with the rotation of the drum under the action of gravity and centrifugal force. During the movement, materials that meet the screen mesh aperture fall through the screen holes into the corresponding collecting hoppers, while oversize materials continue to move along the drum and are discharged from the tail end. The multi-layer screen mesh design inside the drum can realize one-time classification of materials into multiple particle size fractions, realizing continuous and efficient screening and grading.
